i saw a squirrel perched on a branch high atop a tree yesterday while sitting on the deck in my back yard, and in an instant it leaped from one branch to another. the branch he leaped for was weak, and as soon as he landed on it.......it snapped and down he fell.....when he hit the ground he made a soft "peep" noise like all the air just kinda rushed out of his body. then he composed himself, looked around.....and went right back up the same tree he had just fallen from.
i said to myself; squirrels are fucking stupid
